What is the next step if I am interested in leasing a suite/office?
- Call us or e-mail us and someone will contact you promptly, or please come in to our office for a tour, we're open Mon.- Fri. from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..

What terms do you offer?
- We require a minimum of a (3) month lease. You can sign a (6) month lease or (1) year lease. Its all up to you as long its minimum is 3 months you're ok.

How long does it take for the application process?
- The application process is quick. It only takes a few minutes to be completely set up and you are ready for business.

Can I upgrade my space during my lease term?
- Yes, we want your business to grow, and we are here to help you make smooth transitions with additional space, services, and other operational support.

What other charges can I expect to pay every month in addition to my suite rental?
- None, unless you didn't pay on time the prior month's rent then a late charge will be added, otherwise all you pay every month is your rent.

What if I need maintenance in my office?
- Give us a call and within 24hr period a maintenance crew will make the necessary repairs.

What size of office spaces do you provide?
- We have various office spaces and sizes. From 80 sf to 400 sf.

How negotiable are the rent prices?
- The lease rates are very fair and competitive. We are more affordable then other executive offices and office spaces to lease in the area.

Is there a deposit required?
- Yes, we require a one month's rent as deposit.

Do you offer furnished offices or furniture for lease?
- Most clients have their own office furniture. we can provide furnished offices upon request, at a higher cost.

Is there security for the building/office space?
- Yes, we provide 24/7 monitoring by security areas in the hallways on top and bottom floors. There is also a security guard nightly monitoring the building perimeter.

What is included in my rent?
- All utilities are included except your phone line.

What are the hours of the building?
- Doors are locked at 10 p.m. but all tenants have 24hr access. We provide them with a key to the building.

What are your late fees?
- All rents are due on the 1st of each month with a 5 day grace period. If rent is not paid by the 5th of each month. A late fee of 10% will be added.

How much notice am I required to give if I plan to vacate the premises
- Usually, a 30 day notice is required, however all notices must be submitted in writing with a signature.
